A handmade stoneware cup, individually wheel-thrown and finished with a soft cream glaze over dark clay.
After dipping each cup into the glaze, I gently remove parts of the surface glaze by hand. This process reveals the dark clay underneath and creates the natural horizontal lines around the cup.
Each piece is individually handmade, so there will be subtle variations in shape, glaze, texture and markings. These differences make every cup unique.
With its comfortable handleless shape and generous 330 ml capacity, it is perfect for coffee, tea, matcha or other hot and cold drinks.
