This listing is for one handmade black clay cup.
Wheel-thrown from black stoneware, each cup features a naturally textured, unglazed matte exterior and a smooth glossy black glaze inside. The contrast between the raw clay surface and glazed interior creates a simple, contemporary finish.
Choose your preferred capacity from the available options. Whether you are looking for a small espresso cup or a larger coffee mug, each size is designed for everyday coffee and tea rituals.
Each piece is individually handmade in my East London studio. Subtle variations in shape, texture, colour and capacity are part of its unique character.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand washing is recommended to help preserve the natural matte finish and extend the life of your handmade cup.
The cup is suitable for normal domestic dishwasher use. However, commercial and industrial dishwashers commonly used in restaurants, cafés and hospitality environments are not recommended.
These machines often operate at higher temperatures and use stronger detergents and chemicals than domestic dishwashers. Repeated exposure may gradually affect the natural unglazed surface and, over time, may increase the risk of surface damage or cracking.
For cafés, restaurants and other professional environments, hand washing is therefore recommended whenever possible.
