CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand washing is recommended to help preserve the natural clay surface and extend the life of your handmade mug.
The mug is suitable for normal domestic dishwasher use. However, commercial and industrial dishwashers commonly used in restaurants, cafés and hospitality environments are not recommended.
These machines often operate at higher temperatures and use stronger detergents and chemicals than domestic dishwashers. Repeated exposure may gradually affect the natural clay surface and interior glaze and, over time, may increase the risk of surface damage or cracking.
For cafés, restaurants and other professional environments, hand washing is therefore recommended whenever possible.
Please note that, due to the handmade process, subtle variations in shape, texture, colour and capacity are part of the character of each piece.
